Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective from
1. Coaching Sessions
Cancellation Within 48 Hours: Full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before: 50% of session fee retained as cancellation fee. Remaining amount refunded.
No-Show: Full session fee is retained. We recommend rescheduling proactively.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule without penalty if notice is given 48+ hours in advance.
2. Coaching Programmes (6+ Sessions)
Programmes are bespoke and begin once sessions commence. Refunds are calculated as follows:
- Before first session: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- After 1–2 sessions: Refund for remaining sessions (pro-rata)
- After 3+ sessions: No refund; programme is considered commenced
Pause Option: You may pause a programme for up to 8 weeks without forfeiting sessions. Restart dates must be agreed in writing.
3. Digital Guides & Resources
Digital products (e-books, guides, worksheets) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Preview content is available before purchase.
4. Method of Refund
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–2 days.
5. Special Circumstances
Illness or Emergency: We understand life happens. If you're unwell or facing a genuine emergency, contact us to reschedule or discuss options. Compassion comes first.
Service Quality Concern: If you're unsatisfied with a session, notify us within 48 hours. We'll discuss and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email info@recoverbone.world with "Refund Request" in the subject line, including order date and reason. We'll respond within 3 business days.
7. Disputes
Disputes will be resolved in good faith conversation first. If unresolved, either party may escalate via formal complaint (see our complaint procedure on request).
8. Changes to Policy
We may update this policy. Changes apply to new bookings. Existing bookings honour terms at time of purchase.
